CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT YOUR START AS AN ARTIST?
As I reflect on my journey as a DJ and music producer, it's amazing to see how far I've come since I started playing the madal, a traditional Nepali musical instrument, in school. My early exposure to music laid the foundation for my passion, which eventually led me to dive headfirst into the world of electronic dance music (EDM). My musical journey began when I discovered iconic artists like Hardwell and Tiesto, whose captivating performances and songs left an indelible mark on me. Their music resonates in my soul and it is their artistry that inspired me to embark on this exciting path. My main inspirational work is Spaceman By Hardwell. However, my journey was not without its challenges, especially given the unique circumstances of the Nepali music scene. EDM is far from mainstream and resources, opportunities and recognition for aspiring DJs and producers are scarce. But I will not let these obstacles hinder my dreams. With nothing but an old laptop and a pair of headphones, I began my self-taught adventure in music production. Spent hours upon hours learning the intricacies of sound design, composition, mixing and mastering. I was determined to recreate the miracle I witnessed with my idol. The road to success in the EDM industry is very difficult. It requires not only talent but also a steadfast work ethic and a strong belief in yourself. I was committed to creating my own unique sound, one that combined elements of my Nepali heritage with global EDM culture. This combination of traditional and contemporary sounds has become my signature, setting me apart from the crowd.
Over time, I began sharing my creations with the world, releasing tracks on various music platforms and performing at local events. Slowly but surely, my music spread. I began to gain attention and my fellow musicians began to appreciate my determination and distinctive sound. Despite the initial challenges, I was determined to pursue a career as a DJ and music producer. I see the untapped potential of EDM in Nepal and believe in its power to transcend cultural boundaries and connect with people around the world. My love for music, combined with my relentless determination, has allowed me to carve out a niche for myself in the ever-evolving field of electronic dance music. My story is a testament to the potential of all aspiring musicians who face adversity while pursuing their dreams. This emphasizes that with talent, constant dedication and a firm belief in oneself, one can overcome even the most difficult obstacles and succeed in the world of music. From playing madal music at school to producing EDM, my journey demonstrates the transformative power of music and the indomitable spirit of those who dare to pursue their dreams.
WHAT IS BEST THING ABOUT BEING AN ARTIST?
The best thing about being an artist is the freedom to express yourself and connect with others and make Peoples happy. It's blessing for me to be a part of this scene. The opportunity to contribute to and help introduce the EDM scene in Nepal is a remarkable privilege that comes with numerous benefits.

One of the best aspects of being a DJ and producer in Nepal is the ability to blend our rich cultural tapestry with the international allure of EDM. This fusion creates a unique musical experience that is truly one-of-a-kind. As we infuse our tracks with Nepali elements, we pay homage to our roots, celebrating our culture in a modern and global context.
